All of our pieces are handmade with love in Brazil, using high-quality materials and delicate craftsmanship. Each item is thoughtfully designed in NYC and produced in small batches to ensure uniqueness and care

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. You can find all shipping details, costs, and delivery times at checkout.

5. What is your return policy?

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie and for hygiene reasons, panties can only be exchanged in case of defects or if they have never been worn. If there is any sign of wear, even if the item was only tried on, we will not exchange or accept the return. We can only accept returns on unworn items with all original tags and packaging,  within 14 days of delivery.

6. How should I care for my lingerie?

We recommend hand washing your pieces with cold water and a gentle soap, then laying them flat to dry. This helps preserve the delicate fabrics and elastic for long-lasting wear.

7. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and selected method. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way!

8. Do you accept custom orders?

At the moment, we don’t offer custom sizing or styles — but many of our pieces are adjustable and designed to fit a range of body types beautifully.
